Melody Fallah Khair has more than two decades of tech leadership experience and knowledge of GenAI and reinforcement learning, and how AI technology can be leveraged for the decision making process in networks and the cloud operation. As head of standards and research for cloud and network services at Nokia, she implements solutions that enables the next-generation 5G and 6G connectivity standards. The telecom networks Melody Fallah Khair and her team conceptualize and prototyped have autonomous capabilities and are based on cloud-native and AI-native principles.
Previously co-founder, board member, and chief technology officer of music.iLuv (eBibelot, Inc.) Melody Fallah Khair directed ground-up growth in areas such as engineering, product management, marketing, and support. The mobile augmented reality (AR) social learning and video collaboration platform she designed enabled seamless learning, and her team received research grants from the National Science Foundation. She forged robust technology partnerships with Stanford University, San Jose State University, and the University of Toronto’s AI lab.
Her background extends to past leadership with Cisco Systems as chief architect of its Unified Communications Management suite of products. She provided engineering and technical vision solutions and guided the efforts of engineering and product management teams worldwide.
